Information you give us
We only collect the personal information you choose to send us. Depending on how you contact us, that may include:
- Quote request: company, contact name, phone, email, pickup and delivery city and state, freight type, pickup date and equipment needed (flatbed, step deck or dry van).
- Job applications: the information each position asks for, such as full name, phone, email, CDL class, years of CDL-A experience and years of flatbed experience, plus the position you apply for.
- With any form: the language of the page you used (English or Spanish).
- If you call or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
When you send a form, our hosting provider, Netlify, also records basic technical details with it, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you sent it from and the date and time. These details help filter out spam.
Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting a page does not send information to font, analytics or advertising companies.
Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how this site works.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to respond to you and to run our business lawfully. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Specifically, we use it to:
- Answer quote requests and talk with you about your load.
- Review driver applications and contact applicants by phone or email.
- Keep the records the law requires. For example, federal motor carrier rules require us to keep certain qualification records for the drivers we hire.
- Protect the website and its forms from spam, fraud and misuse.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share it only in these cases:
- With Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website. Netlify receives and stores form submissions for us (Netlify Forms) and may forward them to us by email. It may also run submissions through automated spam filters.
- When the law requires it, for example to respond to a court order or a valid request from a government agency.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep quote requests and driver applications only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and longer only when the law requires it. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. This website uses HTTPS, so form data is encrypted on its way from your browser. Still, no website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive information through the forms, such as your Social Security number, driver's license number or medical information. The forms do not ask for it, and if we need more information later in the hiring process, we will tell you how to provide it.
Your choices
Sending a form is up to you. If you prefer, you can call us instead.
You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request, and we may keep information that the law requires us to keep.
If you applied to drive with us and are no longer interested, let us know and we will stop contacting you.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Driver applicants must meet the legal age requirements for commercial driving.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as the FMCSA SAFER system, a U.S. government website where you can check our registration. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make an important change to how we use your information, we will say so on this page.
